Adding articles to your web site, whether reprint or private label, is an effective way to quickly increase your content. There are, however, some precautions that you should take to guarantee that you offer your visitors valuable, useful content.

What Are Reprint Articles and How Do I Use Them?

Reprint articles are articles whose authors have given others the rights to republish. Besides posting them on your web site, you can usually include them in an ezine, i.e., an electronic newsletter. The only restriction is that you include information about the author and his or her web site at the end of the article.

Since reprint articles almost always include a link to the author's web site, you have to weigh the possability of having your visitors click away from your site with the advantage of adding content quickly.

One way to keep your web site before your visitors when using reprint articles is to have the link in the resource box open a new browser window.

While there are ways to add tons of articles instantly to your web site, you need to consider a few things. One, adding too much content too quickly can get the attention of the search engines but in a negative way. Two, adding content that you do not examine can ruin your credibility. Also, you run the risk of publishing things you do not agree with.

If you choose to add reprint articles to your site, take some time to read through them and choose only the best.

Where Can I Find Reprint Articles?

There are a ton of places to find reprint articles. I will mention some of the ones I have found useful.

Article Directories: These are repositories of reprint articles. Some directories offer a wide range of categories while others are more narrowly focused. A couple of the bigger directories are EzineArticles.com and GoArticles.com.

More recently, niche article directories have popped up like the one I am building at Free Wedding Articles.

Theme-Based Content Sites: There are a lot of authors who have written excellent articles but who do not submit their articles to these directories, yet, offer reprint rights. How do you find them?

The way I do it is I go to one of the major search engines and enter something like "repint articles" plus "keyword" or "keyword phrase". This usually turns up quite a few articles.

One of the reasons many of these authors do not submit their articles to directories is because they charge for reprint rights. Others only request permission to publish the article.

While this method of finding reprint articles takes longer, there is the advantage of having content that is not as widely distributed.

What Are Private Label Articles and How Do I Use Them?

Private label articles are articles to which you are given the right to sign your own name as author.

You can find all levels of quality in private label articles. There are some that are nothing more than keyword stuffing with a bunch of nonsense filler. Avoid these at all costs.

It is possible, however, to find some well-written private label articles. Even so, it is not advisable to use these articles without modification.

One of the advantagous of private label articles over reprint articles is that you can modify them, thereby making your content unique from that of all the other web site owners who publish the same private label articles.

A private label article should not be seen as completed work but as a starting point from which, with a little rewording and rearranging, you can develop and unique, content-rich article.

Where Can I Find Private Label Articles?

Recently, a number of membership sites offering bundles of private label articles have popped up all over the internet. There are only a few, however, that I recommend for two reasons.

One, I have purchased products from both the owners and have found their material to be of high quality. Two, they deliver more for less. You will receive a larger number of articles plus other bonuses than other membership sites.

Private Rights
This is the only private label rights membership sites that you can actually see several examples of articles before you join. The quality if far better than most.
